Beauty of the Garden

Follow me and let's take a walk through the Botanical Gardens. Along the way stop for a few moments and take in the warm fuzzy feelings that the beauty of the garden can give to you. Recently, as most of you already know I have set my goals and focus on becoming a more serious photographer. I believe that each artist has a certain focus and places a lot of attention into that focus. Photography has reached the top of my own personal goal list, I know what I want to focus on and I know what I want to accomplish. Since I have decided to divide my art lenses into separate catagories, I decided to devote one full lens to just flowers. To me flowers are some of natures born miracles. Have you ever really looked at a flower upclose? Have you ever paid attention to its soft velvet texture, its wide range of colors and the magic of how the middle of a looks? I am only asking these questions because these are somethings I have always been enchanted by. A flowers scent can be beautiful, it can smell sweet, my favorite is the scent of the moonflower that is very enchanting to me. The Beauty of Springtime

This is a photo that I took at the Botanical Gardens in Athens, Georgia. I used a Nikon D3100 Camera with 55-80 lens. I am not that familiar with Camellia flowers, I just know once I seen them I fell in love with it.  It is a delicate looking flower that holds so much beauty that to this point, it is one of my favorite photos that I have taken.

What screams louder than beautiful Daffodils after a soothing rain, that Springtime is here? In my opinion most flowering bulbs screams Springtime in a soft beautiful way that gets you all geared up for the planting season ahead.

Another Daffodil. Did you know that I have never seen just one daffodil growing by itself? They are always surrounded by other ones. Some may bloom sooner than others but they will never be alone.
