Crystal Healing Methods
Crystal Healing
This Lens will be about different ways to use to crystals as an alternative healing method. I have always believed in the healing properties of crystals, but exactly how do you use them for healing? I will hopefully answer that question or at least get you interested enough to do further research. I am going to only speak about a few crystals beginning with malachite which is one of my favorite healing stones. I was given my first piece of malachite by a woman that I was taking a crystal healing class from. As we sat there talking, she told me that she had a vision of me sitting among other women wearing a head piece (like a crown) and the middle stone was a piece of malachite.Read more at www.squidoo.com

A Dark Romantic Tradition
What is there not to love about this movie? It has romance, parts are sad, parts make you smile, it is eerie, yet it has a lot of feelings. Just knowing that Johnny Depp is the voice of Victor is enough to keep you hooked on watching the movie!! Set in a 19th century European village, this stop-motion, animated feature follows the story of Victor, a young man who is whisked away to the underworld and wed to a mysterious Corpse Bride, while his real bride, Victoria, waits bereft in the land of the living. Though life in the Land of the Dead proves to be a lot more colorful than his strict Victorian upbringing, Victor learns that there is nothing in this world, or the next, that can keep him away from his one true love.Read more at www.squidoo.com

Amethyst
choose to do this Lens as another alternative healing method-crystals. There are so many different ways to use crystals, hopefully I can give some good examples of different ways to use them. I am going to give a brief explanation on Amethyst, Quartz and Rose Quartz because these are three of my five favorite crystals. I started with amethyst because very seldom will you ever see me without wearing one, I believe in its healing properties that much. Its color ranges from deep purple to pale lavender. It is the presence of manganese in clear quartz that produces amethyst. Additional amounts of iron content vary the purple colouration.Read more at www.squidoo.com

Shirley Temple Movies
Shirley Temple Black
f I EVER had to talk about someone who felt like a hero to me as a child, it would have to be Ms. Shirley Temple. Her movies always took me away and drew me into hers. It did not matter what she was experiencing, I experienced it with her. The most important thing was I was able to spend the time with her. I was glued to the television!! As strange as it sounds, when I was younger I use to have the blonde curls and big brown eyes just like Shirley Temple. People would always tell my mother that I looked just like her. Too bad, there are no pictures of me when I was a child or else I would post one. Anyway, lets talk about Shirley Temple movies, what is your favorite one? I honestly could not choose because for me they are all my favorite!Read more at www.squidoo.com

A True Fairy Tale
Every fairy lover should see this movie!
Everyone knows how I feel about honoring the Child Within. One day while my husband was flipping through the channels on the television, he stopped on this movie about Fairies. I love fairies, I believe in them and when I watched the movie; A True Fairy Tale, I fell in love with it! Supposedly, the movie is based on factual accounts. It is about two young girls that somehow had the ability to take pictures of fairies. This caused a huge stir throughout England during the First World War. The girls thought it was quite normal and were excited about having photographic proof that fairies truly existed. But soon the publicity attracts unwanted attention~Read more at www.squidoo.com
