know there are a ton of pages written about Reiki, but I wanted to share my journey with this amazing alternative healing method. I will share how Reiki entered my life. Why I decided to do Reiki and my journey with it ever since. I will admit that I am not as active as a regular practitioner, but I do know I use it a lot for personal use. I have found that once you are attuned to Reiki, it becomes a natural part of you. My whole journey deciding to do Reiki came to me in a vision. I write about this further down this page. I can honestly say if it were not for that vision chances are I would not have been attuned. As odd as that sounds, I just have a very hard time charging for any kind of healing I am asked to do. This Lens will be about different ways to use to crystals as an alternative healing method. I have always believed in the healing properties of crystals, but exactly how do you use them for healing? I will hopefully answer that question or at least get you interested enough to do further research. I am going to only speak about a few crystals beginning with malachite which is one of my favorite healing stones. I was given my first piece of malachite by a woman that I was taking a crystal healing class from. As we sat there talking, she told me that she had a vision of me sitting among other women wearing a head piece (like a crown) and the middle stone was a piece of malachite. have been studying herbal healing for a very long time now. I studied for a while under the Australian Herbal College taking Correspondent courses, I studied with close friends that are herbalist, and I have read a lot of herbal healing books. Am I an expert? No, I am not. Just as with any healing method, things change and more information surfaces every day. Do I believe in herbal remedies? Yes, I do very much. A day does not go by that I do not use some form of Aromatherapy. I am a firm believer that through the essence of plants we can calm, relax and relieve our self of tension, sadness and depression.
